Some people consider that commercialisation can be represented by a 'process' like the one in this diagram. So commercialisation might start out as an idea ('I bet that would be useful'), through a series of activities of increasing cost and complexity until hopefully a new product or service is launched into world markets. KKI has carried out approximately 150 consultancy assignments since 1994, and Kevin has additional expertise resulting from working with BP Research and Z/Yen Group. So we are perhaps unique in having worked in each of these areas, across a range of technologies.
